again, i can't stress enough on the fact that if your drl's aren't disabled you will get the flicker no matter what. reason being is your drl's don't supply enough wattage to power the kit, now if you turn your lights on it draws more wattage which the kit needs to feed off.

but one thing, I have my drl's still running with no problems. idk if the tC is just different than the corolla but i think the drl's run off a separate bulb/circuit on the tC.
