The SPEC model is ideal for a person who's going to tune the car pretty heavily. The lack of features actually cuts down dead weight and improves overall tunability in the long long run.

The MOST noticable difference will be the wheels. If you're looking to mod the wheels right off the bat, then go for it, I'd get the SPEC looking back in hindsight.
