but I am running back at the 191 to the wheels. the supercharger has way to many issues. After having three replaced underwarranty, i stopped modding it after the first one. Dont want my warranty denied.

I was running 228.4WHP on a safe tune running 91 Octane(10% Ethanol), Greddy Ultimate, 9.0 PSI pulley, stock mid-pipe, DC Sports Headers, TRD axle-back, TRD reflash, LW Crank pulley, and a set of (POS) Nology wires. The 1st run showed me at 209WHP and running lean. The Greddy was set for Null in all attributes, but made my car actually run bad till it was tuned.

I put up a thread in the Tech Article section on problems that have been experienced with the TRD S/C. The main issue is the complete lack of support from Vortech and TRD themselves. Mine has seen a cracked housing bracket (tranny mount), bad idler pulley bearings, deteriorated impeller/input shaft seal, cracked outer race on the inboard end bearing, and a cracked braclet on one of the impeller thrust bearings. After all this, I am still keeping my TRD.
That is why I am putting together staged rebuild/upgrade kits to sell. If my rebuild goes as plan, I might even start modding the V5 cores. Of course, they will be offered in the powdercoat color of your choice!
