Angry Bad Weather = Bad Drivers!

Why does bad weather like snow, heavy rain, etc. seem to bring out the worst in many drivers? seems like a lot of people drive more recklessly during inclement weather.

the northeast is in the middle of tough weather - especially coastal (atlantic city for me). and im driving the wife to work and people are cutting me off, racing thru flooded roads as if the faster you drive the less you get wet, and braking suddenly when the light turns yellow and you're 30 ft from the light! traffic lights on the ground in the intersections, construction barriers and random debris all over the place... wind gusts easily 50 mph and sustaining 30...

all im sayin - ladies and fellas - is please drive smart in bad weather. it doesnt take much!
