Not too hard. A lift would be better but you can get to the lower mount of the OEM header with a quality floor jack and jack stands. I would remove this mount as it is not needed on most headers. Of course, if your header does make use of the lower mount, then use it. Obtain a new metal header gasket and lower donut flange gasket. JET Hot coating or wrapping would keep underhood temps down and create better cylinder scavaging for a slight power increase.
