The shift feel on my tC is about the same as new. Just change the gear oil and it seemed to firm it back up a lil. Tha would mean that over time the gear oil breaks down and looses viscosity, hence, why my OEM fluid had the consistency of new power steering fluid. I loaded up 2.6 quarts of Royal Purle Syn 75W-90 so it will seam firmer in shifting between the gears.

The oem clutch is spongy. Let it off too quick without playing it out as you increase throttle will be rewarded with that bounce. It happens on down shifting as well. This caused by the spring rates on the clutch not being to stiff and the clutch being hydraulic actuated. You can try replacing the line with a SS braided cable and/or just bleeding the line. New, stiffer clutch will help the most.
