The pic you found is a retrofit. Its BMW 3 series projectors with BMW 5 series "angel eyes". There pulled directly from BMW. The site that does this is

They charge about $2,000+ to do it. And thats not including them getting the parts, or you going to BMW and buying a pair of headlights, and sending your tC's headlights to them to have it done. It looks absolutly incredible when there done, but you gotta be willing to pay the piper. You might be better off going with something like this
