Looks good, probably CF from China. Watch out for the Melamine contamination...... Yes it is a lip and really does nothing more but for looks. Yes a proper spoiler designed for downdraft is usefull on a FWD car. In the straights; NO.....In a hard turn at medium to high speed; YES.
