That is why they are an online business. They just don't have the capital to warehouse parts. They also have no concept of cusotmer service. Automation is what keeps them in business.

Why the delay? Well, there are several factors. One, they order the part from a master wholesaler or the manufacturer only after your payment is received. If you paid with PAYPAL or other online services, then this process will take sometime; typically 2-3 business days. When you have very limited operating capital, this is the only way to go.

The second issue is they don't buy enough product per quarter to receive "Drop Shipped" orders. "Drop Shipping" is when a business places an order to a distributor/manufacturer on behalf of a customer. The product is then shipped directly to customer. This is does not happen with most online retailers. They don't have the business relationships or accumen to make "Drop Ship" orders. Instead, they have to "BE" the customer and order that part and have it shipped to themselves. Once received, it goes through their processes then is shipped to you. The latter can make for a very long delay.

Correction.... Christmas. Call it for what it is
