In all honesty though, under NORMAL and semi-aggressive driving you can expect a GOOD set of coil-overs to last about 50% longer than stock shocks in the stock position. This being said, a good set of coil-overs are built to take punishment and even in a lowered position they can outlast an unmodified suspension. There is no exact mileage but you can expect a set by H&R, KSport, JIC and even some Tien's to outlast ANY suspension with only lowering springs.

As long as you don't go Dukes of Hazzard on your suspension... it should last longer than you own the car. I had a set on my 2002 Nissan Sentra for roughly 50,000 miles... no problems... just make sure you clean the threads before trying to adjust them up and down. Nothing will **** up the threads more than having dirt in the grease.
