In all honesty though, under NORMAL and semi-aggressive driving you can expect a GOOD set of coil-overs to last about 50% longer than stock shocks in the stock position. This being said, a good set of coil-overs are built to take punishment and even in a lowered position they can outlast an unmodified suspension. There is no exact mileage but you can expect a set by H&R, KSport, JIC and even some Tien's to outlast ANY suspension with only lowering springs.

Dukes of Hazzard on your suspension... it should last longer than you own the car. I had a set on my 2002 Nissan Sentra for roughly 50,000 miles... no problems... just make sure you clean the threads before trying to adjust them up and down. Nothing will **** up the threads more than having dirt in the grease.
