It was definately across the board. I have talked to TRD and TRD sparks (these guys are the gurus). Both have stated that improper torque settings and sequences have caused the leaks and the cracked mounting brackets. Anyone that has ever turned a wrench should be aware of this. You just can't crank down a bolt and expect it to be right and not cause issues later, especially with aluminum.

The failed bearings could have been a clogged needle port in the main bearing gallery. This maybe due to trash from assembly at the factory or during the install. This can be removed for inspection/cleaning. I think it should be part of a maintenance cycle at the Dealership.

If the the sealed bearings at the end of the shaft or the idler sealed bearings failed, it is primarily due to excessive torque setting on the bolts. This happened to one of my idler bearings. The Dealership recently has been able to order these; $35 a piece.
