Lightweight crank/WP/Alt pulleys are a good start. They recover wasted HP, not produce more. Next should be a new S-pipe. It will change emissions one bit. You can take off the OEM heatshield on the s-pipe and put it on the new one for a stealth install. I don't think even a "trained" Scion tech could figure it out.
Limited slips don't make power. Again, they recover wasted energy by allowing both tires to grab traction from a dig (drag launch). In a corner, it will transfer power to the wheel with the most traction while still allowing the other tire to have some power.

Synthetic oil in your crankcase and transmission. Good for the motor/tranny and recovers a small bit of wasted energy. Redline Water Wetter will keep things a little more cool in the radiator.

Speaking of cool, do you live in the hot part of Cali? You could run a fuel chiller system to make the fuel denser. There are various types put there on the market from CO2 to Dry Ice systems. You could wait for me to produce my proto-type fuel rail that will have a built in chiller.

NOS. 25HP shot is your best bet there, but no more than a 50HP shot. That is all I am going to say. You can google the rest on that for pros and cons.

Upgrade your engine block/head/chasis/battery grounds. You can pay over a $100 for a kit or DIY for $30 with car audio 4GA power wire and lugs.

Get the TRD S/C. Full CARB legal and comes with factory warranty if Dealer installed. They will, however, replace your aftermarket intake.

Run a good 89 Octane gas when you go out on the prowl during hot weather. Nothing more and no octane boost is needed on N/A motor or the ECM might think your running rich and dial out some fuel.
