Default Rear Brake Removal

Hey yall i havent been on here for quite sometime. Anwho, today i changed my brakes but i have a slight problem with the right rear. first i removed the caliper and the i had two 5/16 threaded bolt to remove the rotor from the ball bearing area. after a while i realized that i had the ebrake on and that is why i was not able to remove the rotor. after i put it in gear and then able to remove the rotor i had issues putting the new rotor in.

finally i got everything back in place and when i drove the car around i hear a loud grinding noise. after looking and thinking for about another hour i realized that the ebrake pads were loose. since they are assembled as a drum set i dont know anything about them so i cannot fix it. does anybody know how i can adjust the pads again? I hope this makes sense sorry if it doesnt.

thanks in advance
