i have the same noise too with the injen cai. when its cold out, rattles are much louder. my windshield also makes some sort of rattling like a loose screw is vibrating or someting,but i think i hav an idea of wat it is. i think its the plastic piece that goes over ur windshield and the wipers hold it down. when i got my car fixed stupid dealer didnt clip it on right and on the drivers side, the clip is above the windshield instead of below it.
