Check their terms/agreements on return policy. Some of those e-tailers on e-bay have some very unscrupulous agreements. One said that you had only 5 days to get the part back to them for wrong part/defect. If you got the part Friday afternoon, you would have to ship it 2Day Air to get it to them on time. Way too expensive. Why should you pay for their shortcomings. Almost all had you pay for shipping twice on defective and incorrect shipped parts. 90% e-bayers are just cats sitt'n at home reselling product from overseas. They never see or touch the product.
Suggest in the future that you research their listing, "ME" page, and feedback extensively. If they have a separate store front from e-bay, then that is a small plus. When all else fails, post on here and we will give you our 2 cents on the purchase.
