Question about the proposed tax rebate

does anyone know if the proposed tax rebate would go off of your taxes you file in 08' or the ones you filed in 07'?

The ones that are due this April, they want the checks in your mailbox by June. This is an immediate action type thing, pump a little money into the market with hopes to give it a little jump start. Just remember it helps us more if you are buying domestic items.
