Default I almost betrayed the TC!!!

It's true, I almost pulled the trigger this weekend on a new 2006 WRX STI. I've been thinking of getting a four door and one that I can take up to Lake Tahoe. After a couple of test drives though and looking at the price, I just couldn't do it. At 300 horses the car is an incredible racing machine. Unfortunately as a incredible racing machine it also has a really rough suspension and was pretty loud. This plus a 35k price tag pretty much made my mind for me. I'm also pretty partial to the old body style and not the new one, however I don't trust buying a used car that may be raced out and shot to hell. So it looks like I'm waiting for Scion to release a four door, turbocharged, all wheel drive sports sedan .

nice, the price tag would be the only reason for a bypass!

Now that I'm a little bit older, I want the power and the comfort. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a sports sedan. Plus I think the 2008 model is going to be totally redesigned. I'm probably going to wait and see how that turns out.
