It's snowing in VA :)

So I've definitely been watching the snow falling all day. It has definitely accumulated. It's gorgeous. I want to go outside and play but I won't yet. I am so stunned and impressed at how well my car handled earlier tonight, when I was coming home from work. It's really starting to accumulate. I'm doing the snow dance and hoping for no school. In fact, I am hoping to just go snowboard tomorrow.

I love snow except when I'm too lazy to park my car at the end of my driveway cos I'm too cold and lazy so then I get snowed in the next day. Aw. Snow barey visits me too. I visit fake snow a lot though. Where do you live?

I've never been to Texas. That sounds terribly sucky though. It gets like that here in the summer though.

we only have 2 seasons here... Hot and Hell... it Might, MIGHT get down to freezing in the winter, MAYBE once or twice... then we have like 7 months of 90+ with 90% humidity..

Yuck. We have 4 seasons here except spring only lasts for 2 weeks, generally. Then it turns to hell for 5 or 6 months. It started in April and ended in October last year!!!! It was intense. Don't get me wrong, I like wearing shorts and all but there came a point in time when I really wanted to snowboard. Like in November, it was in the 50s and then it suddenly got super cold. Global warming or bad weather or whatever you wanna call it, sucks.

What are you talking about. I love the weather in Texas. I tell people that winter starts in Texas when the temp drops below 80F during the day. Atleast in Houston you don't slush and ice most winters. The entire winter of 1983, my friend and I ran around shorts and no shirt outside. We even got snow that actually stuck on the ground that year, enough to make decent snowmen (sorry, snowpersons). Down here in NOLA, it takes an hour to dry off from a shower.

I like the cold, hate the heat, but your right, it is nice to wear shorts all year long :P as for 1983, its very hard for me to remember back then

Wasent around before 89, Ive only seen snow once in my life when I lived up near Camp Lejune, NC. Didnt even stick but I woke up at 1am just to see it.

:O you were born in 89 also? COOL! Anyways, I've seen snow 3 times. Once when i was little (didn't stick), once when I went skiing (cold as hell), and another time less then a year ago (stuck to the windows of the cars )

Well, us Virginian's had the opportunity to experience snow again today. Woke up to about 1 inch on the ground. Melted by noon, but hey, snow is snow.

I just wish Mother Nature would make up her mind... it was 74 degress last Sunday...
