I am stealing most of this from a local Kansas City forum that I am a memeber of.

A couple weekends ago I took this Street Survival course. A person that was incharge of the class video taped us to see before and after....

Here is some info I am taking from the other forum, it describes what it was a lot better:

Some before & after videos from the emergency lane change exercise, demonstrating improvement in students from early in the exercise to late in the exercise. In this portion, students are told to accelerate as fast as they can, and at the last second the instructor tells them which lane they have to go into, then stop the car as fast as they can. Through the course of the event, we lengthen the acceleration run, and tighten up the space in which they have to change lanes. This is just one of the exercises we run, and in some cases the improvement was pretty dramatic.

Also goes to show it's not about parallel parking your car or stopping chauffer-style at red lights like some people seem to think

Students ranged in age from 16 to late 30's, with the average being about 19.

We did this and a skid pad the first half of the day, and the second half they set up a little course for us. I know a few people that are autocrossers, and after getting to drive through a course that was set up similarly to autocross, it made me REALLY want to get into it with them! It was definitely a rush that I enjoyed. The guy in the white Miata and I had a little competition going to see who could get through the course the fastest, while still keeping it clean. He's in a lot tinnier car though, so he had an advantage for sure.

Well I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I just thought I would share! I'm the first car on the video.
