AFAIK they should. There were no body style changes for the '07 and the wiring schematic is the same.

yea they should work .. i hav seen '07 lights on a '05 with no mods

i have an 09, would any tail lights work?

All tC year models headlamps and taillamps are inter-changeable.

But isn't there something extra needed to swap for the projectors?

These are H-11 bulbs. The stock bulbs in previous year models were 9006 so you would need an adapter harness and that's it.
BTW: Toyota has now gone to the H-11 bulb for low beams and driving lights on most of their new cars. Good luck finding replacement or performance bulbs in the stores.How Fast Was I Going?

Figures. I guess it is true what my father says, they make cars now adays so that the average man can't work on them.
