I've got a friend with a prelude and his blinkers blink fast because he has LED lights in his blinkers and from what I understand because the LEDs don't draw as much power as regular bulbs it makes the car think that the bulb is out and causes it to blink faster. Thats just what I have heard, some one correct me if I'm wrong.

And there is another topic on here on how to change your mirrors to blue, its a real pain though.

Just need to add a power resistor from radio shack. 10-20K ohms 10watts should do the trick.

I really hate to say this but you will have to splice it on one of the blinker 12v+ wires. Before you cut any wires you can can make a couple of jumper wires with spade terminals. That way you can try it out and find the correct ohm load. You don't want too much or you will blow fuses. I would just go with the mirror orange lights from PIAA

uhh.. you add load resistors so when you add led bulbs, it'll prevent hyperblink

which seems you WANT to intentionally do... (stupid and annoying imho)

as far as the turns in the mirrors... if you get pulled over that's your thing.. but you'll need to cut the thing open to access the leds... i've done them to white for many people since it is borderline legal in some states... but nothing other than that.
    LEDs.... yay!
