any wax is completely safe for any c/f since the hoods, trunks etc. are gel-coated. gel-coat is basically like a clear coat but 10 times thicker, it's a resin that is wet sanded over and over again to get that clear glass like look. i have tons of c/f on my car , my hood, trunk, rear window spoiler, and some fenders in the garage. i've always waxed my c/f for years now.
the trick is wether or not you're washing your car every week or whatever, it's always important to atleast wax the c/f once a week to keep a good protective coat on it so it doesn't cloud up or turn yellow. i use and have always used and will always use meguiars gold class. oh, did i mention i custom lay carbon fiber and make custom molds? this is why i have so much knowledge in the material.

depends what you want, interior pieces, fenders, you name it. i'm in the process of wrapping my roof as we speak. i already have the hood, trunk, and the c/f roof will just set it off.
lemme know and we'll work out a price.
