Halo lights for tc 08? and TRD fog lights? help plz im new to aftermarket stuff

Hey i just recently got the 08 tc and want to change the head lights to the ccfl halos and HIDS im looking on ebay but i dont trust them that much unless there is a certain one that i know will fit. and i want to get foglightsto go in the small vents on the sides any sujestions?

I don't know about the halos for 08. You could try searching the forum. I wouldn't trust too much on Ebay, but thats just me.
