Looking in my pubs but nothing is coming up. Is your dash light intensity knob adjusted all the way down?

Sounds like a warranty issue. Take it ti the Dealer and have them fix/replace it. This is the first I have ever heard this issue.

i've heard of it many times.. it is indeed a warranty issue and affects the mostly the early '07 models

the new circuitry for the HVAC had a few flaws towards the beginning with poor solder joints and common malfunctions in the circuit that cause your systoms to occur.

hopefully you haven't done too much modding in the vehicle where the dealership might look and blame it on something it isn't really at fault.

just take it back and have it replaced.. if you have further issues with that let me know, and if they charge you anything.. that'd be an issue too.

Good news to know. Can you post a write up in the Article section?

Take all the info that you know about the problem, resolutions and write it up in logical order. Then post this as a new thread into the Article/how-to section. That way, anyone can have access to this knowledge. I will contact JRW about setting up a knowledge base section so that everyone can benefit. If you want, you can PM me all of the info that you knwo and I can do the writeup for you.
