helppp with tail lights

so i bought this kit to tint my tail lights, and it looks to me that i have to heat the vinyl so that it like molds to my light? is that a pain to do? and does anyone think that i could just ask a place that does tints to do it?

u should be able to go to a tint place to get it done
after my boy tinted his tC lights it looked bubbly
maybe it wasn't done properly
i got mine painted .. no tint so it would have the OEM look
doesn't the kit come with instructions ??

yea, it says that i need like soap water and stuff like that and a heat gun. so obviously there is some fitting required, but i dont want to try to do it myself because i think ill mess it up.

yea it sounds risky .. take it to a tint or body shop
maybe they can giv u a hand

i usually have a heat gun.. and use LOTS of soapy water.

and most importantly...... take your time.

True on that. Be careful to not apply too much heat. Best to remove lenses from the car and do it on a bench. Also, hard to do correctly in cold temps.
