Default Got a good one for you guys! (Projector focus?)

Ok got a brand new HID kit for my 08 tc. I previously was having problems with my first cheap @&% kit! New dilemma though. The HID bulbs that were with the first kit were a certain length. I think about 2 inches long. The new kit came with bulbs only 1 and a half inches long. This focuses the beam of light of the projector too much! To the point that I get a black spot or blind spot right down the middle of my light path in front of the car. Is there any way I can focus the lenses or do I have to buy a new set of longer HID bulbs? The old ones work but one of them is going bad it flickers. Any Ideas?

AFAIK the '08 projectors are not focused adjustable. Changing the length of the bulb would change the focal point. You will have to get your hands on longer ones I suppose. That is the trouble with aftermarket HIDS; not an exact science when it comes to fitment.

thanks for the help. I kinda just wanted some verification on the fact that I was going to have to buy longer bulbs. Any particular brands or WWW. you recommend for bulbs? Ebay?
