that's fine, i think its looks good because the color of the car it self, and im planing a lot more blacking out, so yeah.

Where do you live that you can pass inspection with such dark tail lights? If you ever plan to drive at night, I wouldn't suggest tinting the headlights.

well i live in california and ive been seen cars with light as dark as mine.
plus when the lights are on at night you can see it pretty well.

The other issue besides light output is reflectivity. DOT requires all vehicles to have red reflectors on the rear of the vehicle. It is for making your vehicle visible when the lights are not on and to determine that it is the rear of the vehicle. Tinting you tail lamps negates this.
