2008 and up models are projector type headlamps. This readily accept any aftermarket HID kit. Be sure to order one specifc for a late model Toyota and setup for a H11 bulb (low beam) or 9005 bulb (high beam).

Don't know. They are inexpensive so that would lend that the power supplies are Chinese made. Most are and of decent quality but there has been failures. All I can say is try and hope for the best.

    Default Hid conversion

I have an 06 Tc. I replace my headlamps with projectors as shown on website k2motor.com. love them by the way. I also went ahead and got a pair of Mucclloch hid kit. I love these as well. They are the 8000k and had them in for about 3 months know. I went with this company for the mere fact that they are good and treated me well. Before I went through xtralight.com. they work for a bit and then the Ballast blew so I ordered another pair and they didn't last very long. Please do not go throught them. In all in all I for the new headlamps and the pair of hids kit i spent around 350.00. Before you purchase look to see what size bulb you will need. specially if you do different headlamps.

Or you could do what I plan on doing once I hit the lottery. Custom high and low beam projectors.
