The thing that caught my eye was "JDM". There is no such thing for the tC. I sounds like cheap Chinese crap to me.

From what I understand, the "ebay" projector headlights are fairly cheap. I hear the halos aren't very bright. I would say get a pair of "angel eyes" from another sight like oznium.com and have them modded into your factory headlights. That's what I'm going to be doing here in the not too distant future (well, I plan to anyways).

But hey, I can't judge. I ordered a pair of ebay taillights lol and most people will say "OH NOES!!!" to those too.

(Before anybody starts saying how I should keep the factory tail lights, understand I hate the giant red "blotches" on the rear end, and my wife picked out the aftermarket lights. All in an effort to get her interested in the tuning scene ~_^)

Very hard to find in the aftermarket. I don't like the cheap aftermarket ones because the halo's burn out quick and the LED's do as well. Now, if you want the best of the best: HID Projector Headlight Retrofit for Subaru, Honda, BMW, Scion and More | LightWerkz.net

Shody, you could also get your hands on a set of 08+ Scion tC headlights since they are projector heads, and then still do the angel eye mod I mentioned above. I know it would be way easier to buy a set of aftermarket halos, but I have read a LOT of bad things about them over the last year. People saying they are cheap, don't work well, halos burn out, etc. However, the people that do the Oznium angel eye mod haven't complained at all.

If you are not up for the mod, then I'd say screw it and buy the headlights. Who knows, maybe you will be lucky a get a set from a good batch! ^_^

Easiest way to get good projectors for the tC is to get some 08+ headlights. You can find used ones on the web for a couple hundred bucks.

The last time I checked, Oznium didn't make a set of halo's for the 08+ heads.

shody, if you want them, then get them. If and when a halo burns out in the future, you will need to replace it. Otherwise, buy them and enjoy having them on! ^_^

yea, my cars an 08 and i have the projector headlights and they are sick nasty. I love em. Id say just go with them because they look real good. I do want to get an HID headlight conversion kit though. which is about 100 bucks. Not bad for the sick look you get from it. the way i look at it, you could have halo's er whatever, but if they are lousy and they die on you, chances are it'll be in the middle of the night when you really do need headlights. Not worth the risk of being stranded, or worse... in a ditch.

Lmao it's not the headlight that is the "questionable" feature of those lights, Shody. It's the "halos". The headlights will use your existing lighting harness, so as long as your headlights work now, they will work later. If they go out, then it most likely means it is time for a new bulb (nothing new since you have to always be ready for that on a daily basis). However, if the one of the halos goes out, it will be a challenge to fix it. That's why I say buy them, install them, enjoy them, and pray the halos don't burn out lol.

Well, good luck with that. I have another idea though. Why not convince your boyfriend to give you his S2000 projectors and retro-fit them...
