True, but no better way to put ur car on a diet then to shove some carbon fiber down its throat, www.racingsolution.com sells CF hoods, trunks, lips, etc. for the tC at reasonable prices!

For me, i hate showing carbon fibre. When i lift my hood, you can see its carbon, past that PAINT IT (thats if i decide to get one). As for the CF trunk, be VERY wery how it seals. I know a few people that have a CF trunk and it never seems to seal properly.

i love the look of CF when done tastefully, as for not sealing properly, just dont buy from ebay, Racing Solution, seibon, and other reputable places, im sure will guarantee their product! CF all the way!!

A true CF hood, your a fool if you run it without a hoodpin. Only way i would even THINK of no hoodpin, is if TRD themselves put a CF hood on the market and said it does not need pins, even then id still be shaky bout it

Who made it? The VIS unit is offshore made (china).
I plan on actually racing my car on a real course, so definately will have hood pins. For everyday driving a properly made hood should not need pins. Also, a CF hood that is advertised as not requiring pins is most likely not going to be flimsy.
