    Default My Sparco is slippin'

I recently installed a sparco shift knob and shift boot to my tc to give it "tha look" of a 5 speed. However, the screws used to hold the knob in place keep loosening causing my shift knob to move all around. Any suggestions on what to use to keep my shift know in place?

    Default MacGyver that thing.

I changed over to a different knob myself, I've found that a few layers of thin rubber like a balloon or something similar works well. If you wanna be professional about it, drill a hole through the shifter and put a metal rod through the knob and the shaft of the shifter.

    Default Size

Make the rod almost too big for the hole, so much that you have to bang it in there. Kinda like the way watch pins work.
