stock '06 aux not functioning

I have an '06 (not ipod capable specific) and I tried to plug in my ipod several times to the stock aux jack in the center counsel but I don't know how to access it. There is no AUX button, and I've tried to turn my ipod on and run it on loud while I scroll through the modes from the steering wheel but theres no AUX function there, and tried the am, fm, sat, and disc buttons. Nothing seems to be working, anyone had this trouble or know how to fix it?

My tC has the plugin for the ipod in the center console but I do not think that the radio my car had came with supported the use of the ipod. My car is the El Cheapo version.

Did you try reading the car owners manual? Sometimes you have to read the format C: Have you tried to press the SAT or Disc button twice? My '07 Camry and Tundra utilize the same button for Disc and Aux.

Yeah, I've tried both, but it still doesn't work. Could there be something wrong with the connection?

take it to the dealer and hav them show you. If it doesnt work , then it is undr warranty..
