Default Dash suggestions for new 08 tc!

First post!

Right now iam looking for dash suggestions as far as after market radios is concerned.I already have the radio with me which a paid about 500.00 of crutchfield. Its a pioneer. The space thats left under the radio is there anyway to fix that up?How do you guys feel about that look?

Would you leave the stock pioneer radio or replace with a aftermarket? just wanted to here everyones thoughts. Thanks Adrian

There are several kits that help to eliminate that open spot...crutchfield should have them. Myself I want to go with a dbl din setup, but for the money I can get a carputer for less and do far more. It even comes with an 80G HD..more then I really need. Plus I heard that you can get a program that you can incorporate into the vehicle for diagnostics and tuning...that is just what I heard.

Correct me if I am wrong peeps. I hate to give wrong info.

Pray tell kind Sir and regale us again with thine whispy story of he magical contraption

Ok, plain engrish; what car PC system are you talking about? Sounds very interesting. Kenwood tried something similar with a D/D that had g-force accelerometers and I think ability to read data from optional sensors. Not sure what happened there with that one.

One option to fill the void is this. It is a custom piece that is now overlayed w/ CF. Jeremy at INTRO makes similar kits out of CF.

Thumbs up

Give me a couple of days to get all the info together and I will post accordingly. I had to wipe my computer this last weekend and forgot to
copy all my web sites.

okay I found what I think may be one of the better systems on the market for carputers. Money is the object here though.

MP3Car.com - Your source for mobile computing solutions!

This one offers basic use for the car enthusiast, and for the price it can work well.
VIC Ltd. is a manufacturer of Car Computer, Car PC, Car GPS Navigator, Mobile Phones, Printer Consumables

More will come as my computer here at home gets a boost in performance.
