Default Aftermarket Amplifier Continually Stays On

I know this is off topic but i decided to ask i've installed 2 12" and an amp in my tc but when the car is turned off the amp stays on. I've talked to people and they say i got the remote wire wrong. so i need help quick im riding with no stereo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your remote turn on wire is wired with constant power when it needs to be switched or aux power. You need to find a power source that reads 0v with teh key off and 12v with the key in the accessory position. You best bet is to find it behind the radion... if you have a shop manual, you won't have to hunt for the correct wire... or you can just check each wire behind the radion with a dmm.

Well, since you brought it up....... The Orange wire is the used to turn on the amplified antenna. It should be good for turning your amp on. The Scion subwoofer amplifier gets its turn-on lead thru the option connector on the back of the radio. I am not sure about 2008 models though.
