    Default OEM Bazooka Subwoofer Install??

Hey guys, i just purchased the oem subwoofer for my 2007 scion.

I was wondering if anyone had pictures of their install and instructions how to remove the panels necessary to run the oem harness.

Anything would help, I live in Toronto where Scion enthusiats are few and far apart. I have three questions, first of utmost importance...

I was also reading you can adjust the subwoofer control if the unit is powered off and holding the menu button? Is that true even if i have the basic head unit not the upgraded?

And lastly, anyone has the oem 10" subwoofer and any reviews of it?

    Thanks guys

start the revolution north of the border!!! customization will get it noticed and hopefully generate followers!

should've gotten reviews before you purchased...

I can help with the question of the panels... most of the panels are plastic held by those plastic buttons. they just pop off literally. some you have to pull at certain angles, some u have to lift the carpet a little, but runnin the wires I think will be the least of your troubles with the install.

    good luck!

If they are so horrible, how come no one will sell me cheap? My plans are to chuck the sub/amp and just use the enclosure and harness for my Son's car.

^^ same reasons why oem items are so expensive... they're oem....

a new set of stock rims and tires will most certainly set you back alot more than if you were to find a better decent set.

i mean.. you know that a stock tire is around the $200+ range.. and stock tires pretty much suck for the most part... you can find a tire for around the $150-ish range that can perform much better.

    yea... suckiness..
