There are plenty of Double-din video units out there. What is your budget? Crutchfield is a good place to start.

I can't say which install kit was used, but I have a Panasonic CQ-VD6505U in my little car, double DIN, looks good and the cover still closes over it to conceal it.

You should not need an install kit. The DIN sizes are world-wide standards. A double-din aftermarket unit should have the proper sizing and the mounting holes in the correct location to match up to the Pioneer built OEM headunit's brackets. Cars/Truck like the new Camry's and Tundra's require a "face" kit because of how the radios are blended into the dash (old automaker trick to force you to buy the expensive, upgrade factory radio). One more reason why the Scion brand is easy to mod and a better bang for the buck. Take that jab Honda Civic. Bam!!
You will, however, need a plug harness (highly recommended). Metra makes the absolute best harness kits for cars, including at the speaker for speaker swaps. I know first hand as I used to work for them over a decade ago. You want to be able to easily reinstall your OEM radio/speakers when it comes time to trade up, sell, or if your ride ever gets totaled.
