Yea, hold the side window button for about 3 seconds and the roll it down and back up, same way with sunroof, just hold the button s down for a few seconds the ecu has to reset..

if that doesn't work, i know you probably know htis, but check to see if you have blown a fuse. I MIGHT be that but the ecu does need to reset first

    Default Sun roof

I have had some problems with my roof also after disconnecting the bat. I blew a fuse and had to replace it with the wrong type fuse from a part store, I had to do this because they did not have the correct type fuses. At first I thought the guy at the store was stupid but after going to three different stores I realized that Scion did this on purpose. Where can I buy the correct fuses? I don't want to go to the dealer because I have voided the warranty.

just tell them you changed the battery and that caused a blown fuse when you reconnected it. That doesn't void the warrenty does it?

It was the LED lighting I installed that voided the warranty. I don't want them to see it. I don't know why I care any way, I plan on adding more after market parts eventually and I do all the maintenance on my car myself.

Adding led lighting wont void the warranty unless you installed it wrong and jacked something up, then it would just void whatever you jacked up. Look threw the post i think there is some warranty threads that might help.

I instaled 4 blue 10" LED stirps under the dash board, on both the passenger and driver side and under the back side of both the driver and passenger seats. Along with the clear floor mats I bought, the LEDs light up the car and I think it look's cool. I will post some pics later today if I can figure out how to reduce the size.
