    Default indash/ wheel kit

    okay my streeing wheel controls dont work after i got a new pinoneer touch screen dvd player installed, i heard there is a peice so that they do work, but i dont know what the exact model number for my deck is, ne way i can figure this out...btw i lost the papers that go with the deck, and the box is no longer with me...sooo yea.

    You should be able to figure out the model number on the back of the unit itself. You'll just have to pull it out of the dash. As far as the steering wheel controls, need to talk to SquallLHeart...

    for the steering wheel controls, you'll need to wire and install a PAC-SWI unit... and then program it.
    there will be a lag though after installation, which is unavoidable.

    the model of the headunit should be right on the face of the deck.. no need to take it apart or take it out to see..
