    Default Speaker Help!

I have a 2006 tC and ever since i bought it in February, the back seat speakers haven't been working. I've tried adjusting the settings up front but there is still nothing. I don't have an amp or subs in it, could that be a reason? Any questions or advice will help.. thanks!!

    Smile suggestions

hi! so i see your speakers in the back seats are not working? have they ever worked since you bought the car? you were wondering abot an amp? an amp is not needed if their stock speakers.. (speakers that came with the car)...

if their not stock and their subwoofers or other kinds of aftermarket speakers then chances are the wireing was done wrong or you still need an amp for them and you need them all wired up to the stereo head unit.

if their just your back stock speakers i would suggest

    1. Push the volume button in till your stereo lcd screen shows audio controls like right left balance and front back balance. your front speakers might be at "5 front" which turns the rear speakers off you want your balance at "0"

    or

    2. Taking a flat head screw driver and going into the back seat and popping off the plastic speaker covers. dont worry their just covers and they pop off easyly. Once the covers are off you will see the speaker...check for wires and see if their pulled into the speakers.

    i hope i helped a little bit...
