HID bulb question

This is a discussion on HID bulb question within the Audio and Electronics forums, part of the Scion tC category; I bought my TC yesterday, an 07 5 speed and the first thing i did was to to get 5% ...

    Default HID bulb question

    I bought my TC yesterday,
    an 07 5 speed and the first thing i did was to to get 5% tints all around. while the car was getting that done, i bought some HIDs from the next store, the problem is that these idiots gave me 9004 size bulbs and now i see that my 07 requires 9006 for the lowbeam.
    this place is pretty far drive and I have very little time so i thought i'd ask.....

    will the 9004 fit CORRECTLY on my car?

    It shouldnt fit, it has a different base.

    That is very unprofessional of the shop, you should contact them and have them ship you the correct product, since it was their fault in the first place.

    Default HID installation

    i bought some HID Halos off ebay and was wondering if anyone knows how to install them. i also have a python alarm system and want to hook it up to the HIDs. any info is appreciated. thanx.

    Please provide the link to the ePray item so that I can better assist you. For what purpose do you want to connect your alarm to the halos? The halos on most headlamp assemblies are connected to the parking light circuit.
