    Default Navigation Installation

Hey everyone. I need some advice as to where the best place to mount the navigation antenna. Since the roof is glass, I am unsure about where is put it. Any help or pictures of installs would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Not sure. Why not ask you Dealership where they put them when someone purchases the Scion Navi system? I would figure you could run the wire thru the headliner to the rear moon roof and install it there.

Its a coincidence that you mentioned this post, because I just saw a couple of tC's and xB's with this done. The ones I saw had a couple different set ups. One was having the antenna on the rear hatch, the other was an antenna mounted inside across the top of the windshield. IMO, I would mount the NAV antenna at the highest point for best results. Another option is to consult with the dealer or a shop that installs/specializes in NAV. I would think you could have the setup done the same as sirius or XM has thier antennas.
