hey people question so if you have the stock deck and you hold down the ssp button it askes what model or make of a scion you have as like a tC xB or xA personally i like the sound it gives off on xB but my question is will it mess anything up on the computer seeing how i have a tC or just the sound. unfortuneately i dont have a manual. when i forst bought the car the languagae was in japanese and it was pretty cool but since ive restarted the comp its back to english how i can turn it back?

It only affects the factory preset sound equalization profiles. Nothing else will be affected. You will find the xB mode delivers the most bass and the xA mode better for talk radio.

i want to put in an in dash touchscreen anyone know what size i should be looking at getting? i dont know the measurements and if i need to change things up if i put one in

The OEM radio size is a Double-Din standard size so it does not require any kit to install. If you decided to go with a motorized flipout Single-Din size, then you would need a kit. You better off with the Double-Din size. Whatever you decide, please do yourself a favor and that of a future owner by using a radio adapter harness like the one from Metra Electronics.
