Angry Passenger door speaker cutting in and out

    hey all,

I have an '07 tC that is totally stock. The speaker in the passenger door is cutting in and out. I think its when i go over large bumps or someone slams my door really hard, but i'm not totally sure. I just wanted to see if anyone has and general info or ideas before i go about removing the door panel to investigate/attempting to repair. Pretty PO'ed considering my warranty ran out in april, isn't that always the way it goes, no problems until right after the warranty expires?!?!

so i finally figured out that the jack in the center console is loose. i just have to giggle it until it makes a good connection. kind of annoying, but not that bad. glad it wasn't something more serious.

4 days late, but try a different connector.
