An aftermarket alarm system (AutoPage, CrimeStopper, Viper) may have this option.

There is a way to do that but would require some electronic board fab with a 555 IC Timer circuit or perhaps a latching logic circuit. The problem with tapping into the parking light circuit for the chirp input would be when the lights are turned on. I ran out of time and stop looking but never found the actual trigger output from the key lock transponder. This output could provide the needed chirp output but it may actually be a logic circuit in the keylock ECU or the main ECM. I'm glad it doesn't beep, but then again I hate cell phone ringers too. Mines always on vibrate.
I hate Nextel. I really don't give a shiite where the heck, "Where you at?". bleep bleep. Those phones are for contractors at loud job sites, not the line at the grocery store.
I used to be a high end car alarm installer back in the 90's. I used to delete the lock/unlock beeps. Back then, very few vehicles came with a keyless entry system. The audible locking just advertised that you had an alarm on your car which meant you had something valuable inside.
