I raced a Cobalt SS, he won. I was playing with him so I let him start from the dig. He took off 1st with 3/4 car length, but I had him by a car length at the other side of the intersection so I redlined it and burned the rubber off 2nd to let him catch up. By the time I hit 3rd he was catching up, passing me in 4th where he left me. 4th sucks and that is how I found out. Had I actually not been screwing around, I have been 2 car lengths by 3rd, with just enough to beat him at the finish. Oh well, my 1st race with a FWD.

we were rollin about 30mph and i slapped it in low and jumped in front of him quick and every shift he would drop back a couple feet. he looked pissed lol.

on friday night i raced a acura integra... he bet me... i was on his rear bumper.... I had an extra passenger and all big bags cuz i was on my back to school from home... anyways i told him that ill race him again on sat night, after i cleaned out my car......
poor guy... we raced and all he said was "WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR ENGINE" nothing i said..
i popped my hood and cuz he didnt believe... anyways i bet him twice that night by five car lenths... guess he under estimated my car.... he felt stupid lol

Seen I/H/E tC's do much more than that. I just found out that the stock SS Cobalt that I raced back when I was 7PSI and lost to was actually not so stock. He is supposed to be fully tricked out Stage III now. I am assuming that these figures listed are for BHP and not WHP. Either way, I am up for the challenge.

When equipped with the Stage 3 kit, the engine will make about 250hp on premium fuel and 260hp on 100octane. For best power, we recommend also installing a high-flow exhaust. In comparison, the stock supercharged engine makes 205hp. The Stage 1 kit increases peak power to 236hp and 205lb-ft of torque. Stage 2 delivers 241hp and 218lbft of torque across a broad rpm range.
