funny thing happend i was driving on a highway and i pulled up next to a scion and a guy was driving in and i told him lets go and i eaven let him take off firs and in the end i smoked him about 3 car lengths and all i got is a CAI how is that possible to beat him so much any ideas

you think, personaly i think its because it was a automatic but eaven if it was automatic i still let him take off first and all i got is a CAI lol whis i had someone to tape it

well it must be then i mean usualy the difference between an automatic and standard is only in the take off or on the line

the autos are garbage no offence you automatic guys i was there too. it just seems like the transmission is way too safe like it will kick into third instead of you jammin it in second i dont know how to really explain it but it SUCKS lol

Honestly, it really depends on the auto transmission.

The subaru 4EAT auto tranny is like a crotch rocket off the line.

sweet but i dont like autos no offence to anybody but i used to have a 99 honda accord coupe two door v6 auto and i raced my bros acura rsx on the freeway and my trany shifted back and it took forever i was allready like 4 cars behind him lol dont like autos at all and its good to c that tc's are out there racing first tc i raced yet haha eaven if i lost it would be all good loosing to a tc

Yes, Autos do suck. I have one... actually, I'm kind of embarrassed. Its ok though I still smoke evrything around here in my class.

autos are so restrictive. i cant imagine tryin to race when the car shifts when it wants to!

Nah, It doesnt really **** when it wants to. somehow it knows when im racing and shifts at like 6 grand. All other times it basically shifts when it wants to.

Is the tC's auto tranny a sports shifter?

Where you're able to control the gear you're in?
