wont it wear out your front tires?
Sad but true. McDonalds is good for something. That is all good and dandy but what about when you hit a bad spot and the trays fly off and trash the side of your car?

uhm if you have your E-brake on your rear tires wont spin so they wont fly out unless you take off the E
idk i didnt have any problems and i was in a lancer, not an evo tho so it was only front wd
yeah its all good until the pavement eats through the tray and then you flat spot your tires
i don't get how that works.
in an automatic front wheel drive car the only way to burn out is to hold the E-brake, witch causes the the front wheels to spin but not the back, the whole car will be dragged by the front wheels even though the rear ones are not spinning, causing flat spots on the rear tires, if you put the trays under the tires its going to eliminate all of the friction and let you slide around much easier. that is untill it eats through
Not if you slick it down w/ Micky D fries![]()

hey Chitown...I go to DeVry Addison and I saw someone in a tC doing this exact thing..prolly about a week ago in the school parking lot...it was pretty friggin funny. I wonder if you had any influence in this matter. I just drove away cause it just looked like a really bad situation waiting to happen.![]()
ahha i used to do it in my rolla. everyone around here calls it traysliding. when the trays wear out you just swap in new ones. i wouldnt think of doin it in this baby though. well maybe ill try
you take the time to lift your car up and do this? is it worth the trouble (although i understand its not that big of a hassle)?
lift? you don't lift anything... just drive on top of the trays..
traysliding has been around for a LONG time.... i dunno what the big deal is.
LEDs.... yay!

Yeah, my friend did this in his Mom's 2003 Corolla S. Its really fun. And the trays only burn through if you sit there for like 5 minutes spining around

How about uncontrolled drifting?

trust me, it was very controlled... My friend learned how to balance the gas and the e-brake so that it would slide, but the front wheels spinning would pull it in at the same time, createing fun!![]()
