Hey all .. i'm contimplating about going all motor .. i would love to run boost but i feel its too much maintenence, and not really a good idea for a daily driving carif i were to decide all motor, wat would be the ABSOLUTE best mods to go with ??

TRD S/C has no maintenance. When you change your motor oil, you just took care of it. Safe and reliable and under warranty.
I/H/E along with 11:1 pistons. LW crank, h20, alt pullies from NST would be a good addition. Since you would have forged slugs you can safely shoot the juice and bottle feed that baby. Highlift camshaft profile would be great, but don't suggest a regrind. A stage II high-flow head would probably be the last mod to make if your short on budget.

You could also get a custom stroker kit made by Brian Crower and up you litres. Sleeve your block and you could bore it out for more power.

I had considered my first built motor to be stroked and overbored, but wanted to keep the rotating weight down for higher RPM. I plan on building a drag tC with a N/A built motor that I will stroke. I love the high compression so I am thinking about a possible Direct Injection route.

The head is finished and all the parts for the motor are there. Jotech is moving to bigger facility with a huge showroom, more bays, their 2 wheel dyno and a new 4 wheel dyno, so I told Kenny not to bother building it till Iget back from overseas. I will probably wait to install it as I am still considering what options to take with the tranny. Probably end up having my own gearset cut and then cryo everything.

Also, if you have the pullies on your car, then go with a turbo, can you keep the pullies?

Well, that all depends. Are you talking about a fully built N/A motor or just a mild build?

to each his own, It can be done though. people that do N/A builds hit like 195whp, realize they already spent 3 grand. then slap a turbo on it.
