Carb Legal?

This is a discussion on Carb Legal? within the Engine Performance forums, part of the Scion tC category; any carb legal engine upgrades yet? all the headers i see are "race" headers and all the intakes say they ...

    Default Carb Legal?

    any carb legal engine upgrades yet? all the headers i see are "race" headers and all the intakes say they are for off-road use. is there anything for us here in Cali?

    As far as I know, the only real performance enhancer, if you can even call them that, are the exhausts that are out right now. The are all axle-back type exhausts and so do not replace any catalytic converters, so they are all carb legal. Now how much performance you'll get out of them is questionable if any.
