short ram vs cold air..whats the difference???

This is a discussion on short ram vs cold air..whats the difference??? within the Engine Performance forums, part of the Scion tC category; im lookin in to buy a intake...i want one thats gona be loud but not too loud..and suggestions??? im lookin ...

    You are only going to notice a sound difference between cold air intake and the ram air intake, the latter being the louder of the two. I do not think there would be a noticeable difference between the two RAIs.
